PurposeCare is a leading home health provider delivering care to thousands of clients each month. The Occupational Therapist role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in home settings.

Qualified clinicians hold an OT license in their state, may have 1+ year in home health, and must meet transportation and background check requirements. Per-visit compensation ranges between $66 and $75.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state you are applying.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of occupational therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $66 - $75
