Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home therapy services across Michigan. Join our growing team and help clients stay independent in their own homes. You will evaluate patient needs, implement treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state in which you are applying.
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience is preferred – home health experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
