PurposeCare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for multiple locations in Ohio, including Columbus. The role focuses on providing home-based OT services to clients, promoting independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience is preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
