Job summary

PurposeCare in Indianapolis is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality home-based therapy. You will assess clients in their homes, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support daily living and recovery.

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and a supportive team. Experience in home health and OASIS is preferred; a current OT license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state in which you are applying.
• 1 year of occupational therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
