Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the inpatient/outpatient Occupational Therapy team in Missouri. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will perform initial assessments, document patient progress, and implement treatment plans across pediatric to geriatric populations.

You’ll maintain records and support departmental education, contributing to Mercy's mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Performs initial assessments and documents progress
• Maintains progress notes and treatment records
• Administers modalities and exercise regimes per policy
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific needs across neonatal to geriatric populations
• Performs miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor
