Qualifications

• Must hold active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• Per Diem engagement for rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicate with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Foster a great team environment and supportive leadership.
