Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to our residents.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, communicate resident progress to the OT and family, and support families and staff with maintenance programs as directed by the OT. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate with supervisor and interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
