Job summary

Onyx Health Consulting seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in New York. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, coordinating goals, documenting progress, and delivering group and individual sessions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification is required.
