Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role is full-time and offers benefits, with a compensation range of $27–$33 per hour.

You will provide treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, guide residents in daily activities, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to support resident independence.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin COTA license required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
