Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, WI. You will implement treatment plans under an OT supervisor and help residents improve daily living activities.

This full-time role offers competitive pay of $27–$33 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), CEU reimbursement, parental leave and disability insurance, and referral bonuses.

• Active Wisconsin COTA license.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

What You'll Do

• Guide residents through activities that support independence and daily function
• Observe how residents respond to treatment and share updates with the OT
• Complete timely documentation and coordinate with the care team
