Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane in Laurel, Maryland. This full-time role involves carrying out treatment plans set by the supervising OT and helping residents with daily tasks to improve independence.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Practice self‑care skills and functional activities with residents
• Watch for changes in performance and discuss them with the OT
• Document treatment and communicate with the rest of the care team
