Job summary

Eden Senior Care Network's Edenbrook Edina is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our Minnesota locations. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and a $500 Sign-On Bonus.

Qualified candidates hold an active Minnesota COTA license, have a degree from an accredited COTA program, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota COTA license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
