Job summary

Eden Senior Care, LLC, a healthcare management company, is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Edenbrook St. Cloud.

The role involves providing rehabilitation services across service locations and communicating with the interdisciplinary team. Primary responsibilities include delivering treatments under OT direction, educating families and staff, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota COTA license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
