Job summary

Eden Senior Care's Edenbrook Lakeside facility in Wisconsin is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, documenting progress, and educating families and staff. Wisconsin COTA license and CPR certification are required; prior SNF experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting preferred but not required.
