Job Responsibilities

1. Provide therapeutic intervention following treatment plan established by Occupational Therapist
2. Promote independence in the home setting through therapeutic intervention and modify treatment plan as needed
3. Educate patients, families, caregivers regarding home exercise program, safety, falls prevention
4. Communicate effectively with all team members
5. Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure quality standard of care.

Required Certification

1. California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license
2. Current driver’s license
3. Automobile insurance
