The Central Transportation Department CNA's play a crucial role in the hospital by expediting patient transfers throughout the hospital with care, safety, and efficiency. They ensure each patient is transported comfortably while coordinating closely with care teams. As a vital part of the healthcare team, they foster a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff. Beyond patient transport, they facilitate critical workflows, participate in the Code Team, and serve as a key advocate for patient safety throughout the hospital system. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.
