Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain privacy of health information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Ensure rooms are ready for new admissions and monitor comfort.
