Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential resident care and support on-site. You will assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort, while monitoring and reporting observations to the nursing team.

We offer on-the-job training, uniform provision, paid holidays, and state-registered training program fees for qualified candidates. Part-time positions are available without benefits, with paths to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as states may require.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility, comfort).
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors while maintaining HIPAA privacy.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity and comply with regulations.
• Support residents with dementia and assist in activities of daily living.
