Aperion Care Wilmington is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and reporting observations to the nursing staff. Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certifications. Part-time positions are also available without benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED are required.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as states may require.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, meals, mobility, comfort).
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Maintain residents’ privacy and dignity per HIPAA and standards.
• Care for residents with dementia appropriately.
• Perform other duties within knowledge and experience as assigned.
