Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as states require.
• Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs, document care activities, and report observations to nursing supervisors.
