Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor vital signs, document care activities, and report observations to nursing supervisors while maintaining privacy and dignity in line with HIPAA requirements.

We offer on-the-job training, free uniforms, and paid holidays. Part-time positions are available (without benefits).

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as states may require.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity per HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in educational opportunities to maintain certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure health, welfare and safety of residents.
