Westfields Hospital & Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the Med/Surg team. You will perform basic patient care under the supervision of an RN and address psychosocial and physical needs of pediatric, geriatric, and general patient populations.

The role features an 0.8 FTE overnight schedule with every 3rd weekend, and requires a Wisconsin CNA license and BLS certification. EPIC experience and prior hospital experience are preferred.

Job Description

Westfields is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Med/Surg department, you will assist with the basic care of patients within the Wisconsin CNA’s scope of practice, including psychosocial and physical needs that include:

• Performing basic patient care responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Nurse (RN).
• Communicating observed changes in patient status and responses to the RN.
• Providing for the needs of the pediatric, geriatric and general patient populations.

Work Schedule

0.8 FTE - Overnight shift with every 3rd weekend (8-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA license in the state of Wisconsin
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EPIC computer system
• Prior hospital experience
