Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Seminole is seeking CNA caregivers to help seniors receive quality in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, and provide companionship while maintaining client dignity. Qualified CNAs with CPR certification and at least 1 year of caregiving experience are welcome.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record and recent TB test are required. Direct deposit, on-site training, overtime and holiday pay, flexible scheduling, and recognition programs

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
