Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care in a pediatric-focused setting in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and document observations while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Active MA CNA certification and at least 1 year of related experience preferred. This full-time role offers health insurance, retirement contributions, tuition assistance, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification active required.

• 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• Ability to lift and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the team.
• Maintain safety and comfort by keeping a clean, organized environment.
• Support residents with mobility and ROM exercises as directed.
• Accurately document care provided and observations; participate in training and quality improvement.
