Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for pediatric care on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm), with every-other-weekend/holiday coverage. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document care, and support mobility and ROM exercises in a supportive, team-based environment.

The role emphasizes patient dignity, teamwork, and ongoing training; strong communication and meticulous documentation are essential for high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in pediatric care preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in mobility and ROM activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Support residents with mobility and ROM exercises.
• Accurately document care provided and observations.
• Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration.
