Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver personal care and related tasks under supervision. You will perform bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance for clients in their homes, with a focus on privacy and dignity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, completion of a Home Health Aide Training Program, and at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, showers, and grooming.

• Ambulating, transfers and mobility assistance.
• Record observations in writing and communicate with supervisor.
