Job summary

Stoughton Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Geriatric Psychiatry team on a full‑time basis. The role includes direct patient care, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining patient safety in a collaborative in‑person environment.

Requirements include CNA training, a high school diploma, BLS within 90 days, and ongoing violence prevention training. The position is based on site with a standard weekday schedule and occasional weekends. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prefer previous experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Non‑violent crisis intervention or workplace violence training every two years on a rolling calendar.

Work Shift

Full time, 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled days: Monday–Friday. Week hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Occasional weekends. Every 3rd holiday.
