Rouse Estate in Youngsville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Department. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, provides compassionate care, and helps maintain residents' dignity and comfort.

• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.
• Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks.
• Enhances nursing department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
