Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA urgently needs compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for evening and night shifts to join our dedicated team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, collaborate with nurses and therapists, and follow infection control procedures in a busy skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is a plus—we welcome new CNAs and those eager to grow.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents with meals, feeding as needed, and maintain hydration.
• Measure and record vital signs; alert licensed nursing staff to changes in condition.
• Perform safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow infection prevention protocols, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and a positive presence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the full interdisciplinary team.

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center urgently needs compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) RIGHT NOW for evening and night shifts to join our dedicated team. Your hands-on support is essential to deliver quality care, promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety, and help us maintain full operations in this skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment during a time of heightened demand.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

• Help residents with meals, feeding as needed, and maintain proper hydration

• Measure and record vital signs; promptly alert licensed nursing staff to any changes in condition

• Perform safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques

• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

• Strictly follow infection prevention protocols, safety guidelines, and all facility policies

• Offer genuine emotional support, companionship, and a positive presence

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions open immediately

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required to ensure consistent resident support
