Job summary

Rouse Estate in Youngsville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time or per diem roles. You will provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support to residents and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, mobility, answering call lights, transporting residents, reporting observations to the nursing supervisor, and maintaining residents' dignity.

• Must be fully certified through the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work.

What does a RouseCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) do?

• Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.
• Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks.
• Enhances nursing department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
