Homestead Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, monitor changes, and record information accurately while maintaining a compassionate, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or serving meals using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
