SYNERGY HomeCare in Berryville, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and personal care to clients.

Benefits include part-time hours up to 40 per week, bi-weekly pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for raises; candidates with CNA or PCA licenses or caregiving experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test).
• Clear national background check.
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver’s license and active insurance.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities
