Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients across the United States. Join a team that values reliability, punctuality, and meaningful engagement, with opportunities to support multiple clients in a rotating schedule.

CNAs or PCAs are welcome, with training and ongoing development offered. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, potential for up to 40 hours per week, and benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver\'s license and active insurance.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements

• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
