Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support across Newport News, VA. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help families maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement with clients.

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients.
• Provide medication reminders as required.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families to ensure trust.

As a Caregiver, you will

• Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent

Be ready to meet the following qualifications and requirements

• Active CNA or PCA license, or relevant caregiving experience
• CPR and/or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Negative TB test (chest X-ray or skin test)
• Clear national background check
• Reliable transportation is required, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
