Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Utah is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join the night shift care team. CNAs will provide compassionate in-home care, companionship, and assist with daily living activities for clients of varying ages and abilities.

We offer competitive pay between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, direct deposit, ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and additional benefits such as dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience helping others in personal care or home-care settings preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and compassionate team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as directed.
• Establish professional relationships with clients and families and maintain clear communication.
