Job summary

Ascension Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Nurse Aide at St. Vincent PACE to support care delivery in the Day Center. You will assist with physician-ordered procedures under RN supervision and help patients with daily living activities.

You’ll report changes to the nursing team, keep rooms clean, and help identify safety hazards. A Nurse Aide credential is required, with BLS and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification obtained prior to hire or transfer date.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• BLS Provider preferred.
