Responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, vital signs recording, and clear communication with residents and staff. The role requires steady hands, reliability, and a patient‑centered approach in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with state registration in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents and staff.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and learning company systems.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends; on-call availability.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Explain procedures to residents before administering care.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and equipment.
• Record vital signs and measurements as instructed.
• Assist with feeding and meal times; ensure hydration.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly.
