Encore Parkside, in Delaware, seeks a Weekend CNA to support residents’ daily activities and comfort. You will assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding and mobility, while ensuring safety and dignity. You’ll also report changes to the nursing staff and document care in the CNA records.
This position emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork in a supportive environment with weekend hours. Delaware CNA certification and CPR card are required to apply.

Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual
to function at their highest level of independence including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating/feeding, bed mobility/positioning, continence care/toileting, behavioral support, ambulation/wheelchair mobility.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Communicates changes in residents' condition and function to nurse immediately when noted.
Performs assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
Accountable for completion of CNA documentation which includes progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADL's.
Communicates with residents, families and co-workers utilizing a pleasant positive approach.
Respects Residents Rights for Privacy and Dignity.
