Job summary

Encore Parkside in Delaware is seeking dedicated CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. The position pays $19-$22.50 per hour and includes health benefits, 401k, and referral bonuses for full-time staff.

You will provide emotional and physical support, assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, and continence care while maintaining a safe, clean resident environment. You will communicate changes to the nurse and complete CNA documentation, including meals and ADLs, with a professional,

Responsibilities

• Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual to function at their highest level of independence including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating/feeding, bed mobility/positioning, continence care/toileting, behavioral support, ambulation/wheelchair mobility.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Communicates changes in residents' condition and function to nurse immediately when noted.
• Performs assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Accountable for completion of CNA documentation which includes progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADL's.
• Communicates with residents, families and co-workers utilizing a pleasant positive approach.
• Respects Residents Rights for Privacy and Dignity.
