Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and physical support to help residents function at their highest level of independence, including ADLs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the nurse immediately.
• Perform tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Complete CNA documentation: progress notes, meals/fluids, bowel sheet, and ADLs.
• Communicate with residents, families and co-workers with a pleasant, positive approach.
• Respect residents' rights for privacy and dignity.
