Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and physical support to help residents function at their highest level of independence.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse immediately.
• Perform assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Complete CNA documentation including progress notes, meals and fluids, bowel sheet, and ADL's.
• Communicate with residents, families and co-workers in a pleasant, positive manner.
• Respect residents' rights to privacy and dignity.
