Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our elder care community. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care with a lower caregiver-to-resident ratio, in a supportive team environment.

We offer shifts across full-time and part-time options. Pay starts at $18.50 with shift differentials, plus comprehensive benefits and tuition support, reflecting our Partner in Caring culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communications, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to use tools and equipment required.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA, you will experience a much lower ratio of care giver to resident than other places hiring Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA.

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience plus $3.00 2nd shift differential and $1.50 3rd shift differentials

Shifts available: Full-time and Part-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a
