Otterbein Loveland is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) in Ohio to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our Loveland Small House Neighborhood. You will work under a nurse's supervision to support residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and independence.

Starting pay is competitive, with shift options and daily pay benefits. The role emphasizes precise documentation, teamwork, and respectful interaction with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification is required.
• Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and cook residents' favorite foods and eat a meal with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Pay

Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential

$3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift
