Otterbein is hiring skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with compassionate, person-centered care across our communities in Ohio. You will promote independence and comfort, partnering with residents to respect their choices and ensure safety.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry; on-the-job assistance available to obtain certification.
• Experience with documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to use lift technique and equipment to move and transfer residents.

Pay

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential

Shift Differential: $3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
