Otterbein SeniorLife in Cortland, OH is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our compassionate care team. This role supports residents with daily tasks, under nurse supervision, promoting independence and dignity in a community-focused setting.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekend options, overtime, shift differentials, meal stipends, and a strong benefits package. Certification in Ohio is required and registration on the Nurse Aide Registry is essential.

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Pay: Starting from $18.25/Hr increases with experience / $1.00 2nd & 3rd shift differential / Weekend Diff $1/Hr 1st and $2/Hr 2nd & 3rd
