Job summary

The Gardens at Millville in Millville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team on a PRN basis. Pay is $23.00/hour and shifts are PRN only.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care under the direction of the Charge Nurse, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well‑being. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Completed state-approved CNA training program and required examination.
• Documentation of certification required upon application.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs, as applicable
• Provides nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures and ensures the safety and well-being of residents
• Acts appropriately under the direction of the Charge Nurse and participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming in accordance with the established Care Plan
• Ensures residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan
• Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner
• Performs additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan
