Job summary

The Gardens at Millville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA. In this PRN role, you will provide compassionate nursing care under supervision, coordinating, assessing, and documenting a resident’s plan of care.

We welcome graduate nurses awaiting licensure with supervision. The pay rate is $35.00 per hour, and PRN shifts are available to support staffing needs and resident care around the clock.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for residents.
• Perform accurate nursing assessments per department standards.
• Deliver direct and indirect care to promote residents' functioning and well-being.
• Evaluate residents’ responses and adjust care plans with the team.
• Coordinate and document discharge planning and ensure families understand ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• We are also open to graduate nurses awaiting licensure, pending available supervision

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents
• Perform accurate, thorough, and timely nursing assessments in accordance with department standards
• Deliver direct and indirect care that promotes each resident’s highest level of functioning and well-being
• Evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed
• Coordinate and document the discharge planning process, ensuring residents and families understand the ongoing care plan
