Job summary

The Gardens at Millville in Millville, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility. Pay range starts at $18.50 per hour and goes up to $20.50 per hour based on experience, with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per care plan and policies while ensuring resident safety and well-being.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff in a respectful, supportive manner.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and inter-disciplinary team.
• Ensure residents are out of bed per Care Plan.
• Perform additional duties as assigned per Care Plan.

The Gardens at Millville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA!

Pay range: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour (based on experience)

Pay:

• Base Rate: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour (based on experience)

• Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour

• Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 per hour

• Weekend Shift Differential: +$5.00 per hour

Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate.

Shift : 7am - 3pm; 3pm - 11pm; 11pm - 7am; PRN

CNA Job details/Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with the following needs: therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care, if applicable.

• Provides nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures and ensures the safety and well-being of the residents is maintained.

• Acts appropriately under the direction of the Charge Nurse and acts as an active member of the inter-disciplinary team.

• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with the established Care Plan.

• Ensures that all residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan.

• Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.

• Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

CNA Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred.

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification; having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination.

• Must provide documentation of certification upon application for the position.
