The Gardens at Millville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA! In this vital role, you’ll provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour.

Available Shifts: PRN Only. Qualifications include LPN license in Pennsylvania; graduate nurses awaiting licensure with supervision.

• Graduate nurses awaiting licensure with supervision may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents.
• Perform accurate, thorough nursing assessments in accordance with department standards.
• Deliver direct and indirect care that promotes each resident’s highest level of functioning and well‑being.
• Evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate and document the discharge planning process, ensuring residents and families understand the ongoing care plan.
