The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Johns Hopkins Care at Home provides personal care and basic non-nursing support to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. This 1:1 care model helps patients maintain independence and comfort in familiar surroundings.
The role requires a Maryland CNA license, current BLS CPR, and a commitment of at least 36 hours per month. A high school diploma or GED is required, with driver’s license preferred to support home visits.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Certified Nursing assistant is a member of the home support team who is primarily responsible for providing personal care services as well as various basic non-nursing/non-medical care activities for the patient. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?
Salary Range: Minimum 17.00/hour - Maximum 17.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
